No more updates??????????
Not everyone can always catch the live shows. There has been two live shows since the last update. I missed both of them it would be nice to see the updates


I agree - it is frustrating to pay for the site and get no new content if you miss the live-Shows.


Most worrying is that none of the team responds to any complaints from members..


I think all the staff can say is that they are working on it.

They are wise not to say when they will be finished because something can go wrong and if they miss a date they will just get more criticism.

There are also people clamoring for the articles that were taken down to be reedited and reposted.

I would not be surprised if it takes several more months before everything gets done quickly.

I don't agree on that. The worst you can do as a service provider is not to communicate at all. Important for good customer relationship is a thorough expectation management. Time lines and deliverables can change over time but if those changes are reasonably explained (almost) everybody will understand and remain satisfied. A complete lack of communication results in the opposite.

P3CO5, I usually am more critical of Intersec for not being communicative. I agree with you in general.

I think they are working on the updates, but something is not right. It has been too long since the last update, unless restoring articles took precedence. But in that case they should let us know what articles are back.

Intersec has been much more open recently. I guess that is why I want to give them the benefit of the doubt this time.


Are the live updates not postead in advnce?


ed, usually the prior month's article is posted before the next live feed. But Catherine deSade's shoot from March has not been posted yet.


Any day now folks... the fire is roasting under our butts to get Catherine's show to your screen.

Thanks for the reply even with my horrible spelling last night. But, what
what I was trying to say was. Do we not get advance notice of a live
feed? Is there a scedule that let's us know a feed is coming up?

Yes- we have one livefeed each month, and the date is posted on the main page in advance. Our next livefeed is May 15th with Star.

It would be greast to see Sybil Show as Update - because it looks like some of us couldn't see the livefeed.

we don't want to give a date and have you be reliant on facts we cannot guarantee.
we are trying to get them done asap.

the catherine live show failed to go up do to a blanket of technical difficulties and we are having to redo it. we are at the same time trying to re-add the old updates now rendered in a higher resolution.

thank you for your patience. we understand the need of urgency in putting this up as quickly as possible.

Will there be a new post from the last 2 live shoots? One begins to wonder such things since the last post was OVER 6 weeks ago?


Our editors finished and posted the Catherine De Sade live show this weekend and are now working on posting the next one as well to get caught up. We are re-tooling our post production workflow in an attempt to prevent future problems.
